About the Role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives
- Remove impediments to team productivity
- Coach team on Agile/Scrum practices
- Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint health)
- Shield team from interruptions and scope creep
- Foster continuous improvement and self-organization
- Apply process and engineering methodologies to modernize processes
- Assist leadership in transitioning and facilitating project teams
- Coordinate across project teams for enterprise-wide integration
- Track initiatives and epics to completion
- Define and maintain business processes to meet objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with customer and company standards
- Integrate new and existing business processes with customers and developers
- Apply best practices in process analysis, re-engineering, and change management
